Your use of this website and any disputes arising out of such use will be governed by the laws of Canada, and your use of this website constitutes your agreement to settle any disputes with Ureshii by Arbitration.
Orders and Cancellation – by placing an order on this website, you agree to following terms:
Please make sure you have specified the size and colour of your garment, and provided any extra measurements we may need (each garment is different, so please read the item description to see what's needed).
Production time for custom garments varies, but orders generally ship within 10 business days. If we cannot meet the 10 day production time, we will contact you with an estimated timeline.
Once you have placed an order, you may request that Ureshii cancel or change the order by emailing Ureshii at email@example.com. Orders may only be cancelled or changed at the discretion of Ureshii, depending upon the stage of production.
Requests for rush orders may also be made by emailing Ureshii at firstname.lastname@example.org, and are fulfilled at the sole discretion of Ureshii.
Canadian customers will be charged applicable GST/PST upon checkout.
Ureshii reserves the right to cancel any order, and refuse orders from any person, subject only to the limits of Canadian law.
Payment - We accept all major credit cards via PayPal (US and International customers) and Square (Canadian customers). All payments are processed through a secure checkout which does not give us direct access to your credit card information.
Canadian customers who wish to be billed in Canadian dollars can select the Square payment option in the checkout. We'll email you a secure link that enables you to pay for your order via any major credit card. We send the email manually, so it may not arrive right away. Please contact us if you do not receive the emailed link within 24 hours of placing your order.
General Shipping Terms
We ship via Canada Post. Choose regular or express shipping in the checkout. Import taxes and customs fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
In most cases, we cover a portion of the true shipping cost for you. We will refund any overcharge greater than $1 promptly upon shipping.
If your order total is over $1000, please contact us prior to checkout.

Returns and Exchanges - Returns and exchanges are accepted at sole discretion of Ureshii and are subject to the following terms:
No return or exchange will be accepted unless the buyer contacts Ureshii at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt of the order.
No return or exchange will be accepted if the clothing returned is not in new, salable condition.
Ureshii may require additional information before accepting a return or exchange including, but not limited to, a description of the problem with the garment or garments, and a photograph of the buyer wearing the garment or garments for purposes of determining fit issues.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except at the discretion of Ureshii.
Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or via the initial payment method, at the discretion of Ureshii.
